Going to try this platter and share with you my experiment. Ya salam.
Since my lifestyle changed to vegetarian, 6 years ago. My meat intake could be 1 - 2 times bimonthly depends on my body's need. I am pleased that trying few of your recipes makes me more comfortable in choices. I salute you for the easy language, the fresh and available veggies that you use in your recipes. Once I had a mango salad by my niece Bedoor, it was very delicious and healthy. if you have similar recipes please share, as we both don't remember the salad ingredients :)
